child: “I am going to cry”

adult: “no you are going to make yourself cry”

Listen to a song walk out the door, thinking about how it contains no emotion other than those related to its learning. Moving from the low to high is seriously demanding. Nothing else in it though. The sorrow of the world is not being transmitted and played out in mind then moving to others.

It’s not moving on some vast and overflowing electrical wave of emotion.

Don’t like the word contain or hold at the moment. Not an accurate description. I find I have no words but then I have never had to think about these things in such terms.

The only words here are ‘does it work?’ And that is a thought you catch much faster working with these things, the clunk of language is not required.
